Built-in products are becoming increasingly common as new kitchen installations take advantage of the clean lines these appliances can bring to the design.

They are often more expensive than freestanding counterparts due to the lower volumes produced and the different requirements of installation.

The product dimensions are extremely important to note, so check with your kitchen fitter before purchase that the appliance will fit the cabinet. Gas appliances have to be fitted by a CORGI registered engineer and electrical appliances by a qualified electrician to meet current regulations.
