Gas Hobs Wide Quick Guide

Gas hobs are considered the most controllable and are used by all the best chefs. The number of burners vary from four to six depending hob style. Colour finishes can be regular white or stainless steel along with green or black. The wide hob can be 70cm wide up to 90cm. Options on some models can be cast iron pan supports as opposed to enamel, flame failure devices and/or Wok support ring. Designs can have side or front rotary control knobs. The latest CORGI regulations state that gas appliances must not be installed in flats or other multi-occupancy dwellings unless there is a flame failure safety device (FFD/FSD) fitted.
