Review:	While we were pleased with Appliance Planet and the communications about when we would receive our fridge/freezer, when it came from the factory we found that it was scratched under the packaging and there was grease marks on the inside. We needed to change the door openings and found the instructions unstatifactory. It took us 3 hours trying to change them. There was no booklet telling us about the particular model's control settings or anything else. There was a screw that had been stripped in the back holding the grid backing on and it appeared the product was put together in a hurry. We understood that to get the color we wanted it had to come form the factory and that we had to wait, but did not expect some of the little things we found wrong. We will be in touch with Hoover about these concerns. We would gladly do business with Appliance Planet again, maybe not with Hoover. I must say that we appreciated all the emails from Appliance Planet, keeping us informed as to the progress and what was happening with our order. Thank you.
