| Review: | We bought this product in January and from day one I have complained about this product. This is without doubt the worst washer/dryer I have used. To wash on a 40degree wash it takes 125mins - that is over 2 hours. Then to dry anything (half load only) it takes another 2 hours and then the items come out still damp, very hot and so creased they look like they have been tied up in a ball. we have noticed after a few washes that our clothes are going bobbly (and this is without drying them). This morning we had a service engineer out as we are so unahppy with the product and he said that is how the machines are and that they are essentially cheap rubbish. Please save your money and do not buy one of these. |
