Fridges, freezers and fridge freezers are an integral part of the household allowing perishable foods and drinks to be stored for much longer.

Fridge Freezers come in 4 distinct styles.

• - Freezer on top and refrigerator on bottom - this is the most common style used in households
• - Top refrigerator and bottom freezer - this is the second most common used in households
• - Side by side fridge freezers - the left side is a freezer and the right side a refrigerator - commonly used in the U.S.A
• - French door style - this consists of 2 French doors for the refrigerator and a bottom freezer

Initially white was the only colour for fridge freezers but in the last few decades customers have been opting to use different colours as kitchen designs have progressed.

Over the years these appliances have advanced in technology and features: from automatic defrosting, chilled water and ice dispenser, adjustable shelves and trays, better energy efficient and much more
